11.3 966pak shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 966pak's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
